What is the CatchOn App?
The CatchOn App is our dedicated application for streaming IPTV content on various devices. It offers a user-friendly interface and high-quality streaming experience — from live sports and news to movies and series — on every supported platform.
How do I download the CatchOn App?
You can download the CatchON TV app directly from our App Download page or from your device. On Firestick, use the Downloader app with code 5728794. Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. Try these steps:

• Check your internet speed — we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming
• Restart your device and router
• Lower the video quality setting within the CatchON TV app
• Move closer to your Wi-Fi router or use a wired connection
