At CatchON TV, we are committed to your satisfaction. We want every customer to have a positive experience with our IPTV service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date you receive access to the Service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a refund claim.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 30 days from the date you received access to the Service, and you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered or activated after a confirmed payment
  • You experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • You were charged incorrectly or billed more than once for the same subscription period
  • The service you received does not materially match what was advertised at the time of purchase

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window, or for reasons other than those listed above, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

2. Technical Resolution First

We always prioritise resolving technical issues before processing a refund. If you are experiencing difficulties with our Service, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first at help@catchontv1.email or via our contact page.

Our technical team will work to diagnose and fix any issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, problems can be resolved within minutes. If we are unable to resolve your issue within a reasonable timeframe and the service remains unusable, a refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after account activation and use of the service
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the date of service receipt
  • Issues arising from your own hardware, internet connection, or device compatibility
  • Partial use of a subscription period — subscriptions are not pro-rated
  • Violation of our Terms of Service, including account sharing or misuse
  • Free trial accounts (the 24-hour free trial is provided at no cost and is therefore not refundable)

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund claim, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at help@catchontv1.email within 30 days of receiving your service.
  • Step 2: Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue you experienced.
  • Step 3: Allow our team up to 2 business days to review your request and respond.
  • Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, we will process it promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not see your refund within 5 business days of receiving our approval confirmation, please contact us at help@catchontv1.email and we will investigate the delay on your behalf.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that customers contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

7. Changes to This Policy

CatchON TV reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
