Welcome to CatchON TV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CatchON TV website and IPTV streaming service (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CatchON TV ("we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Accuracy
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

CatchON TV offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis, as described on our Pricing page. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you authorise us to charge you the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.
Free Trials
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a 24-hour free trial of the Service to new users. Free trials are provided without payment and without requiring a payment card. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time without notice.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds for all situations. Please review our Refund Policy before subscribing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others not covered by your plan

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or related infrastructure

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, design, software, trademarks, and technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of CatchON TV and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to if we believe you have:
- Violated these Terms of Service
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Failed to pay applicable subscription fees
- Provided false or misleading account information
Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content available through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATCHON TV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or information
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Conduct of third parties using the Service
- Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service
This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether CatchON TV had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update this page and may notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
